For over 35 years Ballet Folklorico Ollin has been one of the premiere Mexican folk dance groups in the United States. They have performed with many of the greatest names in Mexican music, including Linda Ronstadt, Lola Beltran, Vikki Carr, Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan, and Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano.
From Xalapa, the capital city of the state of Veracruz, Tlen-Huicani is one of the most faithful interpreters of the traditional folk music of that state and also of much of Latin America. Founded in 1973, Tlen-Huicani – which means "the singers" in the indigenous Indian language of Nahuatl – was named Best Folk Group in Mexico by the Union of Music and Theatre Critics. Group director Alberto de la Rosa is one of the most respected musicians in all of Mexico, and is considered among the most outstanding folk harpists in the world. __________________________________________________________________________
Since 1995 San Fernando, California-based Tenocelomeh has performed at venues throughout Southern California including the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre, Cal State L.A.’s Luckman Fine Arts Complex, UCLA’s Royce Hall, The Wadsworth Theatre, USC’s Spectrum Theatre and the CSU-Northridge Performing Arts Center. On Saturday, August 25 2007, the Ist Encuentro Regional de Jaraneros took place in Tijuana, Baja California. On behalf of the the Encuentro de Jaraneros Inc. Conjunto Tenocelomeh presented the event organizers with a plaque in recognition of their efforts. In cooperation with the Los Angeles County Arts Commission, the Encuentro Jaranero de California, Inc. will once again participate in the "Ford Theatre Summer Partership Program" This years event is highlighted by some of the best folk ensembles from Southern California such as LOS HERMANOS HERRERA, CONJUNTO JARDIN, and BALLET FOLKLORICO OLLIN. For over 35 years Ballet Folklorico Ollin has been one of the premiere Mexican folk dance groups in the United States. They have performed with many of the greatest names in Mexican music, including Linda Ronstadt, Lola Beltran, Vikki Carr, Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan, and Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano. 
From Xalapa, the capital city of the state of Veracruz, Tlen-Huicani is one of the most faithful interpreters of the traditional folk music of that state and also of much of Latin America. Founded in 1973, Tlen-Huicani – which means "the singers" in the indigenous Indian language of Nahuatl – was named Best Folk Group in Mexico by the Union of Music and Theatre Critics. Group director Alberto de la Rosa is one of the most respected musicians in all of Mexico, and is considered among the most outstanding folk harpists in the world. 
TRIO TLAYOLTIYANE have a growing reputation as the one of the finest trios huastecos in Mexico. Their lightning-fast violin flourishes and thrilling falsetto-tinged vocals invariably unleash a torrent of gritos of national pride from the audience.
Southern California's CONJUNTO JARDIN are led by sisters Libby and Cindy Harding, whose father, renowned jarocho harpist and scholar Timothy Harding, is considered one of those most responsible for the growth and diffusion of jarocho music in the U.S. Recipients of an L.A. Treasures Award from the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, Conjunto Jardín are celebrating the recent release of their 3rd CD, Yerba Buena.
